Public contract offer for the provision of paid services
1. This document is an official proposal (public offer) of LLP BIGAP PRODUCTION (BIN 240240013245) (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) and contains all the essential conditions for the provision of paid services to LLP BIGAP PRODUCTION. 2. In accordance with Articles 395, 396 and 447 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan), in case of acceptance of the conditions below and payment for services, the legal entity or individual who accepted this offer becomes the Customer, and the Contractor and the Customer are jointly The parties to this agreement.

1. Terms and definitions

1.2. Acceptance of the offer – full and unconditional acceptance of the offer by the Customer carrying out the actions specified in paragraph 16 of this offer. Acceptance of an offer creates an Offer Agreement.
1.3. Customer is the person who accepted the offer and is thus the Customer of the Contractor’s services under the concluded offer agreement.
1.4. Offer agreement is an agreement between the Contractor and the Customer for the provision of paid services, which is concluded by accepting the offer.
1.5. Price list is a current systematic list of the Contractor’s paid services with prices, published on the Internet resource at: https://bigupproduction.com.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The subject of this offer is the provision of paid services to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this offer and the current price list of the Contractor’s services.
2.2. The list of paid services provided is published on the Internet resource at: https://bigupproduction.com
2.3. The public offer and its annex are official documents and are published on the Internet resource at: https://bigupproduction.com.
2.4. The Contractor has the right at any time to change the price list and the terms of this public offer unilaterally without prior agreement with the Customer, while ensuring the publication of the changed conditions on the Internet resource at: https://bigupproduction.com no less than one day before their implementation.
2.1. The subject of this offer is the provision of paid services to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this offer and the current price list of the Contractor’s services.

2.3. The public offer and its annex are official documents and are published on the Internet resource at: https://bigupproduction.com.
2.4. The Contractor has the right at any time to change the price list and the terms of this public offer unilaterally without prior agreement with the Customer, while ensuring the publication of the changed conditions on the Internet resource at: https://bigupproduction.com no less than one day before their implementation.
3. Payment procedure
3.1. The provision of paid services is provided in full, subject to 100% (one hundred percent) payment by the Customer.
3.2. After reviewing the list of the Contractor’s services and the text of this public offer, the Customer forms an electronic application on the website: https://bigupproduction.com
3.3. Based on the received application, the Contractor issues an invoice (receipt) to the Customer for payment for the selected service in electronic form.
3.4. The Customer transfers funds to the Contractor's bank account using an electronic form of payment or deposits cash into the Contractor's cash desk.
3.5. After the Customer pays the invoice and credits funds to the Contractor's current account or pays to the Contractor's cash desk, the Offer agreement comes into force.
3.6. Services are considered to be provided properly and in full if, within three days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of services provided, the Customer does not send a reasoned refusal to accept the service to the Contractor's address.
3.7. At the written request of the Customer, the Contractor may issue a printed version of the offer with the signatures of the Parties, equal in legal force to this public offer agreement.
3.8. The Customer's written request to sign a paper copy of this offer is considered to be the delivery to the Contractor's office of a printed version of this Offer, signed by the Customer in two copies, containing the Customer's details. Shipping address: Almaty, Satpaeva str^ 16A, 050000, KZ
3.1. The provision of paid services is provided in full, subject to 100% (one hundred percent) payment by the Customer.

4. Obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Contractor does everything possible to ensure high-quality and uninterrupted provision of services to the Customer in accordance with the list of services
4.2. The Contractor is not responsible for violation of the terms of the offer agreement if such violation is caused by force majeure circumstances (force majeure), including: actions of government authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other acts of nature, lack of electricity and/or computer network failures , strikes, civil unrest, riots, any other circumstances, not limited to those listed, that may affect the Contractor’s fulfillment of the terms of this public offer and are not under the control of the Contractor.
4.3. If it is impossible to provide services due to the Contractor's fault, the Contractor undertakes to return the funds paid by the Customer. The Customer has the right to refuse to fulfill the | Agreement for the provision of services no later than 1 (one) month before the date of provision of services, subject to payment to the Contractor of the actual expenses incurred by him related to the fulfillment of obligations under this agreement.
4.4. For failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations under this public offer, the Parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Agreement comes into force from the moment the offer is accepted and is valid until the Parties fulfill their obligations. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations between the Parties. The period for consideration of complaints is thirty days.
